How does per-room pricing work?

You pay your plan’s per-room rate multiplied by your room count, each month. Every plan has a £199/month minimum, and all prices exclude VAT.

Monthly or annual?

Either. Pay monthly with no minimum term, or pay annually and get two months free.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade any time. Your knowledge base, transcripts, integrations and settings all carry over; nothing to redo. Your team keeps the same dashboard.

Is there a setup fee?

No. We set Innquire up with you, on your property’s real data.

How long is the contract?

Month-to-month with no minimum term — cancel any time. Annual plans run for 12 months.

Does Innquire work with my PMS?

Mews is live today — native, two-way — on the Complete plan. Cloudbeds, Apaleo and Oracle Opera Cloud are on the roadmap. Not on Mews yet? Innquire runs in Manual mode alongside any PMS, so you can start now. See /integrations.

Where is guest data stored?

EU residency by default. We do not train models on your guest data. DPA available on request, GDPR-grade processing throughout. See /security.
